Our research shows that information is more likely to be retained when applied immediately. Traditional training often requires removing employees from their workplace, leading to a quick loss of acquired knowledge. This phenomenon is commonly referred to as the 'forgetting curve'.

Discovered by German psychologist Hermann Ebbinghaus, the forgetting curve demonstrates how information tends to be forgotten over time if it is not reinforced or applied. According to this model, a significant portion of newly acquired knowledge is forgotten within days or weeks unless effectively retained.

Click2Learn aims to combat the forgetting curve by using a blended learning approach that combines eLearning, with online coaching and practical application. This approach enables learners to retain and apply knowledge seamlessly within their workflow.
