Many continuous improvement training courses use lots of terminology and jargon. However at Click2Learn, we have written our courses in plain English, using simple descriptions and worked examples to help bring the core concepts to life.
YES! We have developed a blended learning approach that combines online material and face-to-face coaching and we even offer onsite improvement workshops as an option to help embed your learning.
Our online content combines video, animations with voice overs from one of our coaches and interactive features that improve engagement with the learning experience. We will also provide additional coaching and feedback on your assignments.
Each level has between 12-20 hours of direct learning time which can be completed over a period of up to 12 weeks. Levels are divided into 5-6 separate courses with each taking only 2-3 hours to complete. Each course is divided into chapters that can take as little as 10 mins per section. This means that you can learn at a pace and time that suits your lifestyle. Extensions beyond 12 weeks are available upon request.
No – Currently we do not offer a formal qualification for completing a level. However you can accumulate CPD learning credits by completing our courses. You will also receive a Click2Learn accredited certificate detailing your learning outcomes upon completion of each level.
Throughout the courses you can download and keep supporting documents in PDF format. You will also have access to material online for 12 weeks from starting course. This can be extended upon request.
All of our training material has been developed by in-house experts and is based upon over 20 years' experience of directly applying continuous improvement techniques across a variety of industries around the world.
Each learning level contains several individual courses. Each course has a distinct learning objective. Should you choose not to complete the learning you will not receive a full certificate of completion, but you may still receive some CPD credits for those courses you do complete. If you prefer to take single courses instead, please take a look at our individual courses.
