Click2Learn was proud to support the recent East Midlands IMechE Awards Evening, held at the Derby Museums of Making. The event honoured the achievements of local members who received their IMechE awards, including EngTech, IEng, CEng and Fellowship.
The evening featured inspiring addresses, with Patrick Kniveton stepping in at short notice to present the awards and deliver a compelling speech. John Banks provided an insightful overview of the museum’s innovative approach to STEAM learning, showcasing how Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics are integrated to encourage creativity and critical thinking. The event was expertly hosted by Carle Zavaleta, marking his first year as regional chair.
Throughout the evening, Click2Learn’s leadership and project management programmes were a key discussion point, highlighting how our Continuous Improvement-driven training can support the professional development of IMechE members.
Building on these conversations, Click2Learn is actively exploring opportunities to collaborate with IMechE. Our CPD-accredited programmes are designed to equip professionals with the skills needed to drive improvement within their organisations. We look forward to working together to enhance the training options available to IMechE members, ensuring they have access to high-quality learning resources for continuous professional growth.
