Can continuous improvement really help smaller businesses?
YES – Although continuous improvement techniques were initially developed by large corporations such as Toyota, the principles, tools and methods can be applied to just about any business of any size.
In simple terms: adopting a continuous improvement mindset to your business will help to fulfil your customer’s needs in a more effective and efficient, saving both time and money.
How can I fit learning around a busy work schedule?
Our courses are specifically designed to help you fit learning around work. Our bite sized modules enable you to ‘learn in flow of work.
Is the training material difficult to understand?
Many continuous improvement training courses use lots of terminology and usual sounding words. However at click2 learn, we have written our courses in plain English, using simple descriptions and worked examples to help bring to life the core concepts.
Will I get the same learning experience as a face-to-face course?
YES – We have developed a blended learning approach that combines online material and face to face coaching and we even offer onsite improvement workshops as an option to help embed your learning.
Our online content combines video, animations with voice overs from one of our coaches and interactive features that improve engagement with the learning experience.
Will also provide additional coaching and feedback on your assignments.
How long will it take to complete a level?
Each level has between 12-20 hours of direct learning time which can be completed over a period of up to 12 weeks.
Levels are divided into 5-6 separate courses with each taking only 2-3 hours to complete. Each course in divided into chapters that can take as little as 10 mins per section.
So, the simple answer is that you can learn at pace and time that suits your lifestyle. Extensions beyond 12 weeks are available upon request.
Do I get a qualification when I complete a level?
No – Currently we do not offer a formal qualification for completing a level. However you can accumulate CPD learning credits by completing our courses.
You will also get a certificate upon completion of each level that outlines your learning outcomes and is accredited by click2 Learn.
Can I keep the training material?
Throughout the courses you can download and keep supporting documents in PDF format. You will also have access to material online for 12 weeks from starting course. This can be extended upon request.
What experience do the coaches have?
All our training material has been developed by in house experts and is based upon over 20 years experience of directly applying continuous improvement techniques across a variety of industries around the world.
What if I don’t finish a learning level?
Each learning level contains several individual courses. Each course has a distinct learning objective. You may choose not to complete the learning and therefore you will not get a full certificate of completion for the level, but you can still get some CPD credits for the course you complete. If you prefer to undertake single courses instead, please select the individual course section of our website.
Can I learn at any time?
YES – When you sign up as a learner with us, you will then have 24/7 access to our learning platform. You can view the course material at any time and on any device. Our courses are specifically designed to be mobile friendly to help learn on the go.
