On the round table discussion will be LXP/LMS provider Rise Up, Stephanie Auping, Head of Design & Learning Experience and Founder of Leadership & Co., alongside Dan Briscoe, Managing Director and Co-Founder of click2 learn, and Alison Tansey, Director and Founder of Simply Brilliance.

The panel will be discussing a range of topics including:

  • Embedding continuous improvement methodologies in the learners’ day-to-day to help spark the curiosity within all of us
  • Creating engaging learning experiences that are tailored and focused through both long-form content, as well as bite-size techniques
  • Implementing scalable training programs throughout the business to support commercial growth.

The session, which has been facilitated by LMS provider Rise Up will cover instructor-led sessions, both in-person and online, as well as the importance of incorporating e-learning modules, covering the full blended learning experience.

Dan, from click2 learn said: “We know from our experience of working with busy Operations and HR directors in companies of all sizes, that they often struggle to free up their staff members to attend vital training due to ever-increasing demands to maintain productivity.

This is why we developed our material around a blended learning model, enabling people to choose how and when they learn without disrupting the flow of their work. All our courses are designed in-house with the explicit brief of upskilling the learner so that they can directly apply their knowledge to real problems in their day-to-day roles and deliver quantifiable business benefits. Having a flexible LMS from Rise Up has enabled us to offer our customers a combination of on-demand content, live coaching, and face-to-face delivery.”

“We look forward to the round table discussion later this month to explore and give our best hints and tips on how to create engaging learning experiences for all,” he said.

Stephanie Auping from Leadership & Co. said: “At Leadership & Co. we create positive and engaging learning experiences that help learners reach their full potential; understanding the learner and tailoring content to their specific needs and learning style is key to achieving this goal.
