A new state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS) has been rolled out by eLearning company click2 learn to further improve user experience.

The system, which will give click2 learn users a seamless and clearly defined learning experience, was integrated onto the platform by the training provider earlier this year, and has already made a positive impact on the site and learning journey of its users.

The new LMS, which has been powered by software solution company Rise Up, now offers enhanced functions on the continuous improvement e-learning platform, and also supports the growth of click2 learn as it grows within the SME market.

Dan Briscoe, Managing Director of click2 learn said: “We met Rise Up at a trade show in November 2023 and had explained how the system we originally were using wasn’t as flexible as we needed it to be, and so had been searching for a new platform to host our courses on for some time. We had especially struggled with our original LMS in not being able to add additional users from a financial perspective and also not getting the customer service support we needed to optimise our training programmes.

“Once we saw that the functionality we could add to our site and for our learners was exactly what we were looking for, we signed up and got the process started. Just a few months later it was fully live. So it was an impressive turn-around by Rise Up and we are glad we made the changes,” he added.

The new functions now allow users to:

• Have downloadable courses for offline learning
• An all-new mobile app for learning on the go
• An easily integrated coaching calendar

Mr Briscoe added: “As we are ourselves a company which trains people to continuously improve, so it’s important that internally we do this too, which is why we felt the need to upgrade our Learning Management Platform.

“Feedback from our learners since the launch has been great and they have all remarked how it has helped them in their own path to improvement, so for us it was a very positive step to take,” he said.
