Online Continuous Improvement company click2 learn teams up with online skill matching platform Make Good Grow

Innovative eLearning company click2 learn has teamed up with online skills matching programme Make Good Grow to donate almost £7,000 in Continuous Improvement training support for the community.

Around 30 people will be given the opportunity to take up the free places available through Make Good Grow which have been pledged to them by eLearning platform click2 learn.

The unique online programme, developed by some of the industry’s leading experts in continuous improvement, offers practical real-world assignments which can be accessed at any time, and from any device.

The CPD accredited courses pledged to Make Good Grow will help those needing back to work support by assisting people to learn new skills, and business support for organisations needing to become more efficient.

Click2 learn decided to team up with the group after hearing about its work within the community, local charities and social enterprise groups to help tackle high impact projects.

Pledge 1 – Back to work support – Learn new skills that employers are look for.

We are offering 20 free places on one of our eLearning courses to help people wanting to get back into work, develop new skills to take to employers.

Many companies around the world have adopted a way of working that is often referred to as ‘Lean’. This means that all employees take a responsibility to not only do their jobs, but help find ways to improve them too. This approach has become known as Continuous Improvement and employers look favourably on prospective employees who have some experience of using these methods.

This eLearning course entitled; Introduction to Lean & Continuous Improvement is designed to give people who are new to the subject, a good foundation of understanding to take to prospective employers.
