Online Continuous Improvement company click2 learn steps up to help SMEs expand

February 24, 2023

Innovative eLearning company click2 learn has launched its new online platform aimed at helping SMEs expand and improve productivity.

The online training company, which was set up a year ago to transform how people learn continuous improvement, has now branched out further to help SMEs improve their teams’ skills and tackle business challenges quickly and efficiently.

The training, which is CPD accredited, teaches employees how to identify aspects of the company or their role which could be improved, while showing them how to apply highly effective tools to then make change happen.

The Continuous Improvement courses can be accessed at any time and from any device, and can once used within a business, deliver improved productivity by up to 30%.

Click2 learn’s Managing Director Dan Briscoe, a Lean Six Sigma consultant, said the recent expansion of their business to help SMEs was as a result of direct requests from HR and Operations Managers who were keen to save money and upskill their teams.

Mr Briscoe said: “We originally were offering the training to individuals, but it soon became clear that many SMEs were needing the support as well in helping expand their business through increasing productivity. But to do this they needed to also up-skill many of their employees. With so many companies under pressure with their time, staff and of course budgets, many options currently offered were not working for them, and SMEs who approached us were keen to find a cost effective solution.

“Our unique online programme was therefore designed with these size companies in mind as we are conscious that they may not be able to afford to bring in costly consultants, but need to find a way to make changes and survive in what are very difficult times,” he said.

“It is our belief that training to continuously improve processes can be done by almost anyone if they are given the right direction and education. Therefore if employees can learn around a busy working schedule, then this is a great tool that can be utilised throughout the year, and by anyone in real life situations, including business leaders, team leaders, middle managers and aspiring team leaders, or anyone keen to learn such vital business skills,” said Mr Briscoe.

The modules, which have been developed by some of the industry’s leading experts in continuous improvement, offer practical real-world assignments, live coaching and on-site improvement workshops, along with the ability to ask questions to experienced trainers, throughout the duration of the course.

Prices for online courses start from £99. For more details, visit www.click-2.com
