Continuous Improvement training provider click2 learn is celebrating another new client win, with groundbreaking electric vehicle manufacturer taking its online courses.

The eLearning training company, which was set up just over a year ago to transform how people learn continuous improvement, recently announced the addition to its portfolio by onboarding the car, battery and powertrain brand which has its headquarters in Europe.

Click2 learn already has an impressive list of clients, including Fairline Yachts, Tesco Bank and Cooke Optics which have taken up its CPD accredited courses, with the hyper car firm joining the ranks.

Managing Director of click2 learn, Dan Briscoe said they were excited to start work with such an Innovative and cutting-edge brand.

“We offer a range of blended training programmes that can be tailored to suit the needs of our clients; combining all the flexibility of eLearning, with online coaching and face to face workshops. With our roots being in manufacturing, work this hyper car manufacturer has been an excellent fit for click2 learn.

“We have developed a learning programme that is unique to their needs and has enabled this client to train at scale whilst accelerating learning for a large group of people within their organisation,” he added.

“At their headquarters in Europe, we have now trained a small group of problem solving ‘champions’ who will become ambassadors for a companywide adoption of our flagship Practical Problem Solving (PPS) Methodology which will enable them to fix real problems and at pace, which is what we are here for. Following the onsite training, we have setup a bespoke on-demand eLearning programme for around 200 of their core engineering team, that will enable learners to build their skills quickly and fit learning around their busy workloads,” said Dan.

Mr Briscoe added that this was a unique way of delivering training and has empowered the car manufacturer to train a large group of people over a short period of time.

“It really is about helping them create a common approach to problem solving throughout their organisation.

“Companies that sign up for our continuous improvement courses do so because they understand the need for training their employees, but with so many pressures and busy working schedules, they can’t always free up time off site to give them the training they need.

“Anyone can start to build a culture of continuous improvement if they are given the right tools, direction and education, and with click2 learn we offer just that; On Demand eLearning to build knowledge, on-line coaching to help grow confidence, and practical assignments that empower learners to apply their new skills straight away,” he added.
