Helping Businesses Be Transformed Through Training

For the past two decades, click2 learn’s MD Dan Briscoe has been working tirelessly to help businesses’ transform through Continuous Improvement.

Dan, who co-founded the e-Learning company in 2021 after seeing a gap in the market for online training having recognised that many other training providers weren’t quite ‘hitting the mark’ when it came to helping either the learner apply their skills to real problems, or the businesses seeing results from training their people

Dan said: “I looked at numerous courses available for Continuous Improvement and Practical Problem Solving and they didn’t quite match with my own experience of delivering training for many years around the world. Having worked for over 20 years as business improvement consultant, with people of all levels, I have always ensured that I give people the right skills and the confidence to apply them to their business when I leave. However, this usually meant that I would deliver training and coaching in person and therefore could only reach a small group of people at a time. So, I wanted to find a way to reach more people, whilst making the learning experience as good as the real thing.

“And, of course following the Covid 19 pandemic, the whole world had to re-think the way it worked. With people everywhere working from our kitchens, converted bedrooms to offices, I was forced think about different ways to deliver training to my clients. And so, the idea of click2 learn was born and that creating effective online training could be a real and viable product.

“However, it would need to be world-class training to make companies sit up and listen, and want to sign up, which is why we spent our first year developing the high-quality products, that could be delivered in bite sized learning modules via a world learning platform. We then combined our expert coaching services to the mix to give people the best possible learning experience.

“We also wanted to people to be able to apply their new skills straight away to real issues they faced. So, we developed a blended model that enables people to learn in their own time, complete practical workplace assignments based on their learnings and receive feedback and support from our on-hand coaches,” he said.

Dan added: “Our training philosophy of Train Better. Do Better, revolves around delivering education that seamlessly blends theoretical understanding with hands-on application. It’s been designed to ensure that our learners not only grasp concepts but acquire actionable skills for real-world implementation.”

It was also important that the courses were recognised by credible authority, that is why all our training has been evaluated and accredited by CPD.
