Event will discuss how to build a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace

People wanting to improve their skills and career prospects are being urged to sign up to a free webinar which will help them learn the culture of Continuous Improvement.

The 45-minute session will be held by Continuous Improvement coach Dan Briscoe to support those wanting to learn how to improve their skills.

The free-to-join event, taking place on Friday, 18th March at 4pm, will guide viewers into learning the essential ingredients needed to build a culture of continuous improvement in any organisation.

It will teach viewers the six core tools needed to give a strong foundation from any improvement activity, along with learning about the behaviours and mindset needed to create a lasting cultural change.

Dan, who recently set up an innovative online learning company called click2 learn, has drawn upon his 20 plus years of experience to develop the learning modules which are designed to empower people to get essential skills they will need for their career, at any time and from any device.

He said: “I have trained hundreds of people over the years in the art of continuous improvement which is why I wanted click2 learn to be able to offer something different, and change the way that people learn these skills.

“The webinar is a completely free event, aimed at individuals and smaller companies looking to create improvements. Maybe you have heard some of the terminology associated with Lean approaches and don’t know where to start, this webinar offers a practical guide to get you started, without all the unnecessary jargon.

“Continuous improvement is one of the most important things an organisation can do to increase its overall effectiveness. It often uses many tools to deliver improvement. So, in addition to demonstrating how many core tools can be applied, we will look at the mindset and behaviors needed to create a truly effective culture. Whether you’re just getting started with your continuous improvement journey or looking for ways to take it to the next level, this webinar is for you,” he added.
